Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If everything is in order, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If the return is approved, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any discounts, promotions, or shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, we are happy to assist you. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will provide you with the necessary instructions and help you find a suitable replacement.

Exceptions

While we strive to provide a seamless return and refund process, there are certain exceptions to our policy:
